Whole house, up to 20 guests. Shorter stays are welcome and charged as the minimum. Over 13 nights, 5% comes off.

We confirm
The villa manager checks the week against the book and replies in writing with the terms. 30% of the stay by bank transfer, to secure the dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
You arrive
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. €500 damage deposit, in cash on arrival, refunded in full on departure.
Cancellation: full refund 60 days or more before arrival; between 30 and 59 days the 30% advance payment is kept and the rest refunded; no refund inside 30 days. Extras are charged as used: Pets €20 per pet, per day, Pool heating €20 per day, EV charging €0.50 per kWh. The full terms are on the terms page.
