Both the first and last day shown in each range are included. Days that are taken are hatched and struck through as well as shaded, so the calendar still reads correctly in greyscale or print. Please send your enquiry by email and we will confirm the week in writing.
Rates 2027
€472 to €1,040 a night, for the whole house.
One price for all 20 places — not per person. Bed linen, towels and the final clean are included; pets, pool heating and EV charging are the only extras.

Rates are per night for the whole villa, and the total for your dates is confirmed in writing when you enquire. In the seven-night seasons the week runs Saturday to Saturday; outside those, arrival and departure can fall on any day. Dates outside 2027 are quoted on request.

You write
Dates, how many adults, how many children and their ages. Tell us whether you are bringing pets, need EV charging, or want any other support — and say if the dates can move, as it often helps.

We confirm
The villa manager checks the week against the book and replies in writing with the terms for your stay. Nothing is held until you have that reply and have agreed to it.

You arrive
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. A refundable security deposit is settled on arrival and returned in full when you leave the house as you found it.
Cancellation windows, the security deposit, pets, pool heating and EV charging all have set terms, and they are confirmed to you in writing before anything is agreed. You will find them set out on the contact page.
