Mobility needs, sleeping preferences, or the reason for the trip.
Before you write, availability shows which weeks are already taken and the villa shows how the nine bedrooms are made up.
Stay conditions
The practical terms, in advance.
- Minimum stay
- Five nights out of season, seven in season — shorter stays welcome, charged as five.
- Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
- Advance payment
- €500 by bank transfer, to secure the dates.
- Balance
- Due 30 days before arrival.
- Security deposit
- €500 in cash on arrival, refunded in full on departure.
- Pets
- Welcome — €20 per pet, per day.
- Included
- Bed linen, towels and the final clean.
- Parking
- Eight spaces — five inside the gated grounds, three just outside by the property — plus an EV charger.

Pool heating is worth taking outside July, August and early September, when the water is warm enough on its own. Anything not covered here is answered in writing when you enquire. There is no formal step-free access certification, so please ask if anyone in the group has specific mobility needs.
