That is the whole policy. There is no cleaning surcharge discovered at check-out and no quiet hope that you will leave the dog at home. Pets are one of three published extras, alongside pool heating and EV charging.
Most villas that accept dogs accept them into an open plot beside a road. This garden is fenced and covers 1200 m², with the house itself set in it rather than on the edge of it.
It means the door can stay open, which is the actual difference between travelling with a dog and enjoying travelling with a dog.
Istrian beaches in July are hot stone and crowds, and much of the coast restricts dogs in high season. Ten kilometres inland the ground is shaded, the roads are quiet and nobody minds.
The village is 300 metres away for the morning walk. Beyond it the lanes run through woods and vineyards for as far as you feel like going.
Bring bowls, a bed and whatever your dog refuses to travel without. The house supplies the space rather than the equipment.
Worth knowing: the pool is not for dogs, the sauna and hot tub are not either, and the villa is let to one group at a time — so there are no other guests to negotiate with.

Straight out of the door. The village centre is 300 metres away and the roads beyond it run into oak woods and vineyards. Inland Istria is walking country in a way the coast in August is not.
